Competition Highlights

  1. Conveniently located in central Wisconsin
  2. Competition T-shirts will be available for pre-order or purchase at the competition
  3. Legacy Awards will be given to individual dancers who stand out during team performances
  4. Any dancer can enter in the skills competition prior to awards where judges will select the best toe touch, a la seconde, firebird, and leap at the competition
  5. All team will be given their own classroom 
  6. Competition will be live streamed to classrooms for viewing 
  7. WACPC trained judges
    1. We will be following WACPC guidelines.

Admission for Spectators

$5.00 per spectator. There will be NO LIMIT on spectators. Spectators can buy their tickets at the door the day of the competition.

Legacy Awards

During team performances we will have two judges watching for dancers who stand out during the performance. These dancers might display excellent technique, appealing facials, strong movements and/or stand out on the floor. Coaches will be asked for dancers names and dancers will be awarded an individual legacy dancer award during the award ceremony.

Skills Competition

After the final routines of the day and prior to the awards ceremony we will be offering a skills competition, open to all dancers. Dancers interested in participating will be asked to come to the floor and perform their best toe touch, firebird, leap, and a la seconde turn. The best dancers in each skill area will receive an award.

Division Breakdowns

Divisions will be split as evenly as possibly based on school enrollment. This  information will be sent out as soon as it is available!

Final Schedule and Line-Up

The final information will be sent out at least a week before the competition. This will give you an opportunity to let us know if there are any conflicts or drops.

Weather

The competition ​will not​ be canceled due to weather and refunds ​will not​ be given for inclement weather.

Required Forms

The Classroom Contract and School Liability Form must be completed prior to the competition. Please email all forms as soon as possible. Invoices will be sent to each team once the online registration form is completed. Please mail in payment. You will NOT be considered registered until we receive all completed forms AND payment. There will be no refunds for routine cancellations.

Items for Sale

T-Shirts will be available for purchase prior to the event. Order forms will be emailed to coaches and available on our website. There will be concessions as well as a food line available at the event. No carry-ins. 

Videotaping

Spectators will be allowed to videotape their own teams only. Please inform parents of this expectation..

Classrooms

Each team will be assigned to their own classroom to store their belongings, change into uniforms and warm-up. A livestream of the competition will be available for viewing in each classroom. Please be respectful to our school and abide by the rules in the classroom contract.
